Barbara Campbell has been operating her home-based law firm, Campbell & Co, since 1992. The firm specialises in family law and a new growth area, surrogacy. Barbara is a strong advocate of flexible work practices and has had several articles published, including one for which she received a Butterworth Writer of the Year Award in 1996.

Donna Paterson is Manager of NFO Donovan Research, a Canberra-based marketing research company. Since its establishment in 2001, Donna has helped grow the business three-fold with the company now the preferred supplier to various Commonwealth Government departments. Donna is a social marketing specialist with an expertise in social and health research.
