In a career devoted to Australian vocational education and training, Marie Persson has moved from managing a classroom to managing the largest vocational education and training organisation in Australia. As Director of Sydney Institute of TAFE, Marie has been responsible for increasing enrolment numbers and commercial revenue. She has been at the forefront of national training reform and was one of the original executives of the Australian National Training Authority.

Annette Williams

Annette Williams founded her business A W Workwise in 1996 after 16 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in the injury and safety management industry. Annette established the business from a home office and today employs 48 staff across three branches. She has expanded and developed A W Workwise from a traditional occupational therapy business to now offer workplace injury and psychological injury prevention services.

Louise Benjamin

Louise Benjamin is a partner at the law firm Allens Arthur Robinson and works as a trade practices lawyer specialising in subscription television, print media and telecommunications. Louise played a leadership role while representing FOXTEL in negotiations with the ACCC regarding the restructuring of the Australian subscription television industry. As Chair of the Law Council, Louise organised the first Economic Training Workshop for Federal Court Judges.

Jennifer Peedom

Jennifer Peedom has worked as a business trader, filmmaker and translator. Jennifer was recently appointed Managing Director of IF Media, which produces a film industry publication and manages the IF Awards, which promote Australian films and filmmakers. Prior to this role, Jennifer utilised her experience of producing award winning short films to produce the IF Awards. She secured long-term sponsorship for the event and significantly raised its profile to attract luminaries such as Nicole Kidman and Baz Luhrmann.
