Catherine Miller is Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Healthcare's three South Australian hospitals. She has developed new services for the hospitals, including the Wakefield Emergency Centre which is the only private emergency centre offering a 24-hour a day, seven-day a week service in South Australia. Catherine has achieved occupancies at Wakefield Hospital and College Grove Private Hospital in excess of 95 per cent for the past three years.

Virginia Bullock

Virginia Bullock owns Home Nurses, which cares for people in their homes who have an acute illness or following surgery. Virginia successfully negotiated the Home Nursing Rebate with all South Australian private health insurance funds, to offer members registered nurse visits to patients at home. Virginia was a founding member of the Association for the Advancement of Private Health, which was active in lobbying government, health funds and hospitals for the preservation of private health care.

Her responsibilities include the management of projects in excess of $25 million, the delivery of care to over 200 community-based aged care clients and the management of four retirement villages.

Alessandra Daley

Alessandra Daley began her career with Flinders Ports South Australia as a graduate in the traineeship program. Eight years later, she became the Manager of Human Resources and Management Systems and the sole female member of the Flinders Ports leadership team. In 2001 Alessandra took a leading role in assisting the company's transition from a government organisation to a private company. She also managed the certification of the business' occupational health and safety system.
