Mandy Anderson
Amanda Anderson has more than 23 years' experience in general business management, risk management and insurance, particularly professional indemnity insurance including medical malpractice cover. Amanda has extensive knowledge of the Australian, British, European and United States insurance markets. She became Managing Director of Medical Insurance Australia Group last year, which offers medical indemnity insurance to medical practitioners and students. Amanda is the inaugural Chair of the Medical Indemnity Insurers Association of Australia.

Kathryn Chigwidden
Kathryn Chigwidden established her physiotherapy business PhysioXtra working as a sole practitioner in Marion in 1996. Today, Kathryn leads a team of 20 staff including physiotherapists, massage therapists, a podiatrist, a dietitian and administration staff. Kathryn has also become a Co-director of a second PhysioXtra practice in Hallet Cove. In addition, Kathryn is the head physiotherapist for the Adelaide Thunderbird Netball Club. She has a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and a Masters of Applied Science.

Ann Nelson
Ann Nelson is Director of Biotechnology Infrastructure for Bio Innovation SA, which was established to help grow the biotechnology industry in South Australia. Since 1998, Ann has secured $55 million in state government funding for a 14,000 square metre new biotechnology facility in Adelaide. Ann has had a diverse career, having graduated and worked as a speech pathologist. She managed a treatment centre for disabled children before working in the public sector for 14 years in various export, investment and business roles.

Katina Sims
Katina Sims opened her Mt Gambier hair and beauty salon in 1999 at the age of 22. As a way of differentiating her services from the city's 40 other salons, Katina introduced complimentary hand and foot treatments, make-up touch-ups and cappuccinos and massaging wash basins. Client figures grew from 500 to 1500 in the first year, and today, Giannis Hair & Beauty employs 22 staff who serve a regular clientele of 5,000. In April this year, Katina opened a day spa called The Body Retreat offering Australia's first spa jet therapy.
