Dr Jennifer Smiley
Dr Jennifer Smiley is the Principal GP at the Illawarra Family Medical Centre in Wollongong. Established in 2005, the centre brought together several GP businesses and a range of health facilities. Jennifer is Chairperson of the after-hours Wollongong Medical Service, and has implemented new business practices to ensure a higher quality of patient care. Jennifer is also Chairperson of Cervical Screening Working Group that aims to register women from non-English speaking and disadvantaged backgrounds for cervical screening.

Brenda Read
Brenda Read is General Manager of the Hunter Business Centre, a not-for-profit agency that provides skills development, support and training for small business development. In 2000, Brenda developed and implemented a successful business strategy which led to the agency being able to be directly involved in the establishment of over 1000 businesses. Brenda has also implemented a program targeting young entrepreneurs, offering skills development training and innovative mentoring, and through the Centre has supported and mentored unemployed clients towards self employment.

Amy Lyden
Amy Lyden is Director of Bow Wow Meow Pty Ltd, which produces fun, high quality identification tags for pets. Amy founded Bow Wow Meow in 1995, after unsuccessfully searching for quality collars and ID tags for her new kittens. In 1997 Amy extended sales to New Zealand, and then to Singapore in 2001. Today she sells online to over 50 countries around the world, with the bulk of sales generated in the U.S.A. Amy is also Chairperson of the Australian Businesswomen's Network.

Geraldine Chin Moody is General Manager of People and Development with the Australian Stock Exchange and is responsible for staff resourcing and development. Since taking on the role in 2005, she has implemented new performance and reward programs, developed an employment value proposition, and was involved in driving cultural change at the ASX. A lawyer by training, Geraldine was also involved in the implementation and communication of the 2005 ASX restructure, improving staff engagement and overall morale.
