Barbara Etter
Barbara Etter is the Assistant Commissioner of WA Police . In charge of Corruption Prevention and Investigation, Barbara is one of Australia's most senior policewomen and played a key role in implementing the reforms of the 2004 Kennedy Royal Commission into police corruption. Barbara has a legal and science background in addition to her extensive work with the Police Force, which she has operated at on both a national and Australasian level. Barbara also won a gold medal in the Toughest Competitor Alive event at the Australian and New Zealand Police Games in 2004.

Michelle Rhodes is the Director of 360 Environmental Pty Ltd, which provides environmental consultancy services and employs 13 staff members. 360 Environmental operates on all levels of consulting, from impact and site assessment, through to construction management, environmental training and reporting. Currently Michelle is the Project Environmental Manager for the Perth Seawater Desalination Plant, the largest desalination plant in the Southern hemisphere. Michelle also runs Peak Environmental, a bulk water supply business and is the President of the Environmental Consultants Association.

Suzanne Daubney
Suzanne Daubney is the Managing Director of Bannister Downs Dairy. Following a downturn in the West Australian dairy industry, Suzanne investigated ways to integrate her family's dairy farm to offer quality produce direct to the consumer. Starting Bannister Downs Dairy in 2004, Suzanne has established a fresh milk business that employees 13 people, and processes and distributes products five days a week within WA. Bannister Downs Dairy also uses innovative sustainable packaging, which has resulted in a noticeable reduction of plastic carton waste. In 2005 Bannister Downs Dairy won Best Full Cream Milk at the Perth Royal Show.
