Terri Irwin
Terri Irwin is Director of Australia Zoo, a major tourist attraction on the Sunshine Coast. Previously a four-acre roadside Zoo, Terri oversaw the growth of Australia Zoo from 30 employees and less than 200,000 visitors a year in 1997, to today where they now welcome over one million tourists each year and employ 550 staff. Terri played a key role in establishing Wildlife Warriors Worldwide which supports conservation projects globally and which she continues to support as patron and advisor.

Dr Le Neve Groves is Chief Executive Officer Education Global with early childhood service provider, ABC Learning Centres. Since the business was established in 1988, Le Neve has overseen the policies, practices and curriculum content of ABC Learning Centres around Australia as well as in the UK,New Zealand and the United States of America. Le Neve is also co-Founder of the National Institute of Early Childhood Education, a registered training organisation within ABC Learning for child-care workers.

Colette McCool is Director of Gold Coast City Council, the second largest local council in Australia. Colette is the only woman on the council's Executive Leadership Team and oversees 650 staff across a range of council services, including parks and recreation, libraries and sporting facilities. Colette has also worked extensively with the State Department of Housing and various non-profit community groups to establish the Gold Coast Housing Company to construct and manage affordable housing for the Gold Coast.

Tammy Halter is Sole Director of Absolute Data Group, a business she established in 1997 to provide organisations with training and software to manage their business information. Originating in her home, and now located in Brisbane, Tammy's business now has 13 staff servicing clients in the defence, aerospace, transportation and automotive industries. Recognising a gap in the market for urgent information to be produced and disseminated quickly, Tammy developed R4i CSDB software, which allows the production of interactive electronic technical manuals.

Bex Gold is Director of Cinderella, which manufactures scented and attractively packaged household cleaning products. Bex developed her range of cleaners after she identified a market gap for easy-to-use, allergy-safe and authentically-fragranced cleaning products. Scented with pineapple, coconut, passionfruit and peppermint, and packaged in clear bottles to show the vibrant colours, the products are 100% biodegradable and include bathroom, floor and oven cleaners. Cinderella Products launched into Australian supermarkets in 2006 and entered New Zealand stores in 2007.
