Nina Nelson is Chief Financial Officer at MyState Financial Credit Union of Tasmania Ltd, the largest credit union in Tasmania and seventh largest in Australia. Nina began her career in finance at the age of 32, having been responsible for the treasury, risk management and compliance functions in her previous role at Connect Credit Union of Tasmania. Nina now leads a management team of six and oversees the financial strategies that support MyState Financial in its pursuit of further growth in Tasmania.

Natalie Cantrell is Call Centre Manager for Centrelink in Launceston. Natalie is responsible for the day to day operations of a 125 person call centre, as well as its overall strategic positioning within the Centrelink Call Network. Natalie is a member of the Call Centre Leadership Team and provides input into national projects which aim to increase Centrelink's overall level of service delivery. Natalie has successfully implemented a human resources strategy to reduce unplanned leave in both the Hobart and Launceston Call Centres.

Janine Arnold is General Manager of Leishman Associates, a conference and event management company based in Hobart. Since her appointment as Conference Manager in 2004, Janine has been responsible for the co-ordination of events with up to 700 delegates. Subsequent appointment to the dual role of General Manager has Janine directly involved in strategic planning, human resources management, marketing and business development. Since her appointment, Leishman Associates has achieved a significant increase in business won and overall profitability.
