Maryanne is also responsible for the delivery of carats, workplace safety, mine maintenance and support and cost management.

Clare started working with Community First Inc in 2004, and oversees seven sites in the Peel, South West and Great Southern regions, managing 90 staff. Clare is currently undertaking the Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Western Australia.

Julie is currently responsible for leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management to develop the Buzwagi Project, a new gold/copper mine located in Tanzania, East Africa. In this role, Julie is responsible for overseeing the development of infrastructure and mine and process plants. Julie has held leadership positions on major mine sites for the past eight years, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
